    Hi Folks

Craig here, my chariot is a 2007 FJ Cruiser. I had a 2011 Tacoma which I used for work in the remote areas of Alberta Canada. However while at home in 2013, we had a crazy flood here. The river gave my Tacoma a new parking spot around a big ole tree. I needed a vehicle work and always wanted to try an FJ. The local Toyota dealer had one so I grabbed it. I use it mainly for work in as a consultant on remote construction and pipeline work. This machine is amazing. I don’t have the need for tools it’s usually just me so the FJ is per fect as all my stuff is inside.

A few years ago on a winter job I decided it’s best to try this beast out. I went every where the fellas went in their ATv’s. They said your crazy to bring that here. I said, “really??? I’m warm and dry, you look a little cold.” They said some choice words to me hahaha.

I have added a steel bumper and fuel cans. I may lift it a little for some taller tires. So far it’s great. I’ve even done lots of vehicle recovery of stuck vehicles. I’ll start taking pictures.

    Update 3 Feb
I thought I should add some pics of my FJ. The fuel cans on the rack have come in handy a few times. I had a 24” light bar put in behind the grill. Cold air intake made a difference in power. I was surprised. The snow & ice tires are studded. It’s amazing what this unit will do. I’m at 340,000 kilometers. I bought it used at 92,000
