    Hey everyone,

TL;DR, need to dig up 20x15 cement and repave, and also dig up 20x15 but pave 20x25 rv pad.

    Long story:

my back patio used to have a “sun room” and the pad it was built on was not sloped correct since it didn’t need to be. Sun room is gone and water pools. So we want to have it dig out and cement poured that drains the correct direction.

we would like to redo the whole patio, but funds won’t allow. We spent a massive amount of savings on a lawyer...

the lawyer: our neighbor had moved a fence taking 11% of the property from the previous owner when she checked into a nursing home. We noticed after buying and tried talking, then letters, offered mediation, then lawyers etc etc. it took a suit and finally dragging their insurance and mortgage company into it. Once those companies got involved it got real expensive right up until discovery... and my surveillance video... then everything went very quick and easy.
We settled cheap just to be Done with it and get our property back and a fence built.

but now we have RV parking and a ton of room... that’s rocks and dirt lol.
So we want to put a pad down and expand a sidewalk.

we would like to go big and pave a huge section of patio but we can’t justify $15k.

our property is .2 acre, and a triangle, we have a good chunk of space but not enormous.

So anyone own a concrete company that can give us a quote? We want to do it right, not cut corners, so we aren’t looking for a cheap job, just honest good work. If we have to save up some more to do it we will. But we got burned with crap cement work once before when widening our driveway.

sometimes looking at someone’s other work isn’t a guarantee you will get the same quality.

paid right after the cement was poured. And smoothed. Guy disappeared and the cement work was horrible.
