So, as I was driving to work after grabbing food for the day. I was thinking, Tacoma World has such a diversity of people, and not to mention there is no set build or upgrades, everyone is different and unique.

So I thought of a really fun idea (at least it is to me, feel free to disagree if you feel that way, I wont judge) that I wanna try with all you wonderful people. Everyone is free to participate, in fact, I want everyone to join in, cause I wanna see what you guys will do with this little experiment we shall call it.

Here is the experiment. Say you have bought a brand new 2020 Standard Tacoma Access Cab, with a 3.5L and 6 foot truck bed. This is essentially my truck, if any are asking. I wanna know, from as many of you all as possible. What upgrades would you get and put on this truck.

Now there is only one restriction, this is your only vehicle, your everyday vehicle, you have no other vehicle to use. I know this may play a part in what modifications you get, and that is intended. So, here is what I will look for with your guys replies.

List the name and if possible a link or pic of the part you put in, be it exterior, interior, or just something as simple as an accessory. Price would be a bonus, but not required, if you do put it in, would really appreciate it if it is in CAD, but USD will do if that's asking too much.

And at the end, a pic of what the truck would look like. I don't know if there is a program or a website that would make this possible, but I'm hoping that there is. Next best thing you could do is post a pic that would closely resemble what it would look like.

Main goal of this is to see what you guys will come up with, and all the variations, and I invite all Gens to participate. As it goes without saying, everyone is unique, so of course some people might disagree with other peoples build, which is fine, but don't go bashing them for it, but your more than happy to maybe suggest to them say a better part or an alternative, so long as it's a calm, reasonable discussion, I have no problem with it.

I will post pictures of my truck so you guys have a baseline of what the truck would start out as.
(Apologies for the dirt and messiness of the truck, looking to find time to give the interior and exterior a good washing.)

!!! Yes it is dirty, but its meant to be as if you just got it from the dealership, just wanted to include photos so they know what the model looks like, I hate assuming people know, so apologies for any confusion, ignore the dirt and mess. !!!

And if the moderators could possibly sticky this post so we can get as much people to try this as possible, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am looking forward to seeing all the unique and individual builds you guys will post.

A good trunk organizer with garbage bin, 35 dollars on AMZN, to clean up that mess in your pax seat.

Followed by a car wash, 15 dollars.

I was thinking it sounds more like the OP wants everyone else's ideas for modifications that work together so he doesn't have to do the research himself. People already have their own build threads with the exact details he's asking for, would be weird to compile it into one thread.

I've often dreamt about building cars for people as a dream job. But not for free lol

Nice looking truck, I don't think Toyota sells an SR in the states with painted flares. You could get vinyl hotrod flames in a stars&bars theme on the front end. That would be a unique look for Canada.

Id take that "crown" emblem off the back if thats a dealer thing, too gaudy for me and why give them free advertising space on your truck.

If you wanted to keep it with good mileage as a DD?

    -Bed Mat
-Topper perhaps to store things from the snow etc.
    -LED low beams (VLEDs microextreme)
-Upgrade your fog lights (Baja Design SAE perhaps)
    -Tint
-Maybe keep same tire size but upgrade to a good AT (Duratracs or Falken Wildpeaks)
-Different wheels IMO - if it was me maybe some SCS Stealth 6s in dark bronze
    -Phone mount, maybe Hondo

That'd be the keep it simple/cheaper build that is still practical and retains as much gas mileage as possible but has functionality

    Take off eh,

Your truck looks nice, enjoy it and drive it.
Hang around here, get some ideas, laugh at some Friday posts.
Check out the 3rd gen buy/sell, look for some take offs.

Look through the builds threads. Keep in mind CAD sucks and brokerage/shipping is a dog.
    Good luck and stick around.

Apply bed liner (your color choice) to the exterior of the truck.

It will protect the paint and be easy to clean plus give you a unique look.
