I started a thread this morning but didn't get any replies, so I want to better clarify what I'm after. I loved the way my truck looked when I first had the OME 884s/5100s installed, however it seems to have settled just a little bit. The truck still looks good, but I would like to bump it up just about an inch tops. I have a 26lb front skid plate ordered which will possibly exacerbate the front end sag. I know I can switch out the 884s for 885s, but that's going to run $200-$300. I'm leaning more towards moving the 1/4" driver side spacer already installed over to the passenger side and putting a 1/2" spacer on the driver side. This would be substantially less expensive to do and yield a similar height, but would this give me any problems? A third option is raising the 5100s up one notch, but I don't want to ruin my ride quality by doing that. A fourth option is to just leave it alone and move on with my life. Any recommendations/pictures would be great. Thanks!
Here's a picture of the 884s/5100s/.25" driver side spacer.

Your stance is perfect bro. I hate perfect level as any load causes it to reverse rake.

I'm starting the vote for "leave it"

    I vote leave it alone.
If you do raise it, I’d go 885.

What exactly do you have for lift in the rear? AAL?

if your rear is stock you could add a 1.5” AAL, and then do the 1/4” pass and 1/2” driver top plate spacers.

Otherwise if you already have rear lift, I vote leave it be. I think a factory rake appearance looks good.

I have a 1.5" 3-leaf AAL with overload still in place and 5100 shocks. Should be about 2" in rear height.

This morning I measured the driver side wheel wells and I have 1.5" difference between the front and the rear.

What is your current center of hub to bottom of fender measurement for the front and rear? This would probably help determine your actual rake. I think it looks pretty good as is, but since your Taco is black I think it might be a little deceiving how much rake you have.

I agree. Sometimes it looks pretty level and then sometimes it has too much rake in my opinion. I'm at work now but I'll try to get that measurement tonight.

Nice, this weekend i'm putting in the HS 3-Leaf AAL (leaving overload out) and OME 883 coils up front. Already has 5100's installed. I should (I think) get your exact lift minus .5" all around. I like the rake look (factory) which is why i voted to leave it as is. Good looking truck!

I'd leave it as-is unless you lift the rear more. Your front vs rear balance is perfect IMO.

Thanks! I think the design of 2nd Gen fender flares makes the truck appear that it has more rake than it actually does, unlike a 3rd Gen. At least to me, that's why leveling a 2nd Gen makes it look like it's a bit nose high.

Took measurements from the center of the hub directly up to the bottom edge of the fenders.
    DF - 21.5"
    DR - 23"
    PF - 22"
    PR - 23"
This is interesting that the front passenger side is still a half inch higher than the driver side which has a 1/4" top spacer. Now I'm rethinking about this altogether and just using a 1/2" spacer on the driver side and leaving the passenger side alone. I'll need longer bolts if I do that though right?

IMO those are some solid numbers for front to back rake plus it looks good like that. As for the top spacer, it's not a direct 2/1 ratio for lift as that is commonly echoed around here. Per Wheeler's, a 1/4" top spacer will give you 3/8" lift not a 1/2", and a 1/2" spacer is approximately 11/16" lift not 1". I found this to be true since I used a 1/4" top spacer w my 3rd gen suspension and I only got 1 1/4" lift or so in total. Otherwise it should have gotten closer to 1 1/2" lift. I think 2/1 ratio applies once you get to 1" spacers and up since it creates a more significant angle in suspension. With yours, I think I'd just take out the 1/4" spacer and replace it with a 3/8" spacer to level it out, plus it shouldn't be an issue using the same top plate bolts. Just my silly .02

Thanks man. Maybe that's why I'm thinking the truck needs to be raised some because I usually only see it from the driver's side. I just kind of assumed that the 1/4" would take care of the lean, but evidently mine was about an inch difference left to right. I was looking at it from the passenger side tonight and it does look good the way it is. I think I'll switch out the 1/4" spacer for the 3/8" spacer and call it a day.

Your truck looks great. If it was my truck I would level it out . I hate the rake on certain trucks. (Canyon,Colorado) yours is not bad. But it would drive me nuts to see the truck level
