2020 tacoma gas mileage.

Currently having horrible gas mileage. I had the same truck in limited model new in 2016. I got 670 kms per tank for four years and 160000kms. my 2020 same engine etc and it started at 470kms per tank. I am now down to 400 kms per tank which is ridiculous. 270 kms per tank difference. Currently 16+ litres per 100kms on the highway.
wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. I have 15k for mileage bot towing anything with only one driver.

 

KMs or miles per tank isn't a thing unless you run it dry and fill it perfectly every time. Very broad brush.

Do the actual calculations. See how they compare to the display reading.

You are comparing trucks. Are they equipped exactly the same (particularly tire type/size), loads carried and roads driven?

Also consider converting your Kilometers to Miles, and liters to Gallons to get better discussions about what other peoples trucks are actually doing. There is a strong US presence here, and some of us are to lazy to do the math to figure out what you are talking about.
