Thanks! You’re truck looks great too! It looks like we have similar builds. I had them install mine while I was there too. They have a really nice shop-may want to leave your wallet at home, that place is full of Tacoma goodies. Jeff gave me a tour of his fab shop and install bay while I was there. His whole operation is really jam up! Your sliders will probably be done much faster if you don’t get powder coat. The powder coat is the only thing he doesn’t do in-house (yet), so it ads a delay

It's the Diamondback HD cover. Here's a link to their page: https://diamondbackcovers.com/pages/tacoma-landing

There are also a few really great threads on this forum about them. This particular one is my favorite, and gave me tons of ideas (along with being the nudge that I needed to take the plunge and buy one): https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diamondback-covers-modifications.553966/

Thank you! :) I was just out in your neck of the woods yesterday (ran up 2N02 from Pioneertown), and was thinking about your farm out there. The tires were much dirtier today as a result of that trip, haha. I wish the family and I could have come by and said hi! I'm fascinated by the fact that you operate a date farm, and probably would have asked you waaaaaay too many questions. I was trying to follow your thread about the truck purchase debacle, but it got away from me and I haven't caught up. Did you ever take delivery of the new truck they had lined up for you? Ah.... I should just go back over to that thread and catch up on it.

Xo-Fab Diy sliders. Price is around $200, everything comes perfectly pre bent,PSX_20210130_114120.jpg 20210118_102424.jpg pre notched, and ready to weld together. I've had a handful of sets of these on various rigs, and love the basic design with a little kickout. Pretty much can't even get the metal for the price. Only time they haven't held up, was slamming down ~5 feet onto a rock on one of my wheelers, but that would've bent/dented any slider.

80"! If I were to make some myself, I'd probably make them a hair longer but they work fine.

I purchased them this fall during the BF Sale. Their fab shop is in Fort Worth so I just drove over and picked them up instead of having them shipped. Super good deal and I'm very happy with them.

Cali-Raised - 0 Degree with filler plates (some like the plates inverted, but I intentionally installed as shown), with line-X coating.

They work well as steps for the little guys, bump stops for wayrard car doors, - and also as rock armor protection.

Fairly easy to install even with the Line-X. The you tube video helped!
I imagine the powdercoated version allows for a bit more wiggle room...

Fit and finish was nicely done.

I got the same sliders from CaliRaised Off-Road during the same sale and couldn't understand how they came out to $760 out the door picked up. Should have only been $37.50 more than yours picked up in CA.
Other than that they are pretty solid sliders with a fairly easy install.

I’m a huge fan of Arby’s sliders. Highly recommend the 2pm-5pm $1 deal

Interesting.. thanks for the info. Pretty sure they charged me for powder coating twice.

Edit: Just noticed, did you buy them raw? That would explain it.

Yes, I figured I’d just get them scratched up and have to touch up paint periodically anyway, so just painted on my own. The base price for you was also higher, and no discount.
