Hey guys when I got my Tacoma, it didn't come with leather seats nor heated seats (bummer). I'm picking brains and interested in finding out some of your favorites and ones that stay durable over time?

I have 91k on my 2017 and it has Roadwire covers. They’ve been great so far.

I’ve really been wanting to buy a set of Clazzio covers. When installed correctly, it’s hard to tell they aren’t factory.

Roadwire if you want total seat covering replacement. I've used them twice and have been very pleased.

Clazzio if you want something that looks like a Wal Mart seat cover. I know this offends people, but they look like shit and the seat had no definition.

Katzkins if you can make it past where they put their logo tag you'll be happy. This was a sticking point for me. I'm not not sure why they opted to put them on the lower bolsters.

Clazzio definitely do not look like they came from Walmart lol. I have them installed on mine and you can't tell the difference from factory leather. It's the best choice for seat covers because they look and feel factory and you dont have to sacrifice removing the stock fabric.

I can tell they're slip ons. The dead giveaway is the top and bottom bolsters have no definition in simple terms the bolsters look shallow. This likely great for some, but to me it looks terrible.

It appears that you hold yourself to standards that are far and above those of mortal men. It ain't feng shui, it's a fuckin' truck spud. Seat definition? Gimme' a break! I have Clazzio's, and only my metrosexual friends have commented about my truck seat's "lack of definition". Real men have to Google that.

P.S. I had to Google feng shui...

Don't get mad that I called them out for what they are which is cheap seat covers vs. the two others which are total seat material replacement. With total material replacement the bolsters have the correct tie backs to the seat frame to give them definition.

It's just a truck. Tightly drawn in the Texas summer heat they have no puckers and look factory enough to involuntarily moisten the girls I go with. Either its the seats doing it, or its me. My money is on the seats. I put the rest in the bank.

Looks exactly like the clazzios imo, and $2,500 cheaper ;)

Oh let it drift folks, he’s got an opinion and he isn’t wrong!

I’d be more than happy with any of them myself but definitely notice a difference

I had a friend in my pickup the other day and he was thought it was a Limited because of the Clazzio seat covers. They fool every single person who gets into the truck into thinking they’re factory. Just personal experience. 100% worth the money IMO

The OEM leather is cheap and put something heavy on it and you will crease it, happened to my friends new 20 Sport. I use Clazzios with a heated seat kit, toyota style heater switches in the dash, looks factory. I took my seats out, did a great job, tucked and made adjustments as needed. Cant tell they are covers. I'm 6'0 @255 lbs and I prefer the Clazzios as they are not as form fitting as the factory or katskins, So to me its more comfortable and the memory foam in the Clazzios keeps them looking new after 2 years.

IF you take the seats out where you can access all sides of them to install the Clazzio's then they will look 100% better than some of the pictures I have seen on here. Some people don't have the time or have diminished expectations of the final outcome. The curb appeal factor you get out of the job is proportional to the effort you put into installing them. Get the seats out, wrestle them into submission, stretch and pull and tie them tight. THEN put them out in the sun to heat. Bring'em back in, stretch/pull/RE-TIE again. Then MAYBE a third time depending on how strong or weak you are. Once they are stretched and tight they do not look like seat covers.

I have horseblanket-like seatcovers in my '93 4Runner. THOSE look like seat covers. And the seats underneath them are brand new!
