Hello everyone I am new here and I have a 2014 Tacoma TRD off road. I did a quick search on the Bilstein 5100 lift but didnt quite get what I was looking for. I was thinking of getting the Bilstein 5100 shocks for a 2" lift. My question is do I need to add a leaf or would it just level it out? I just want to make sure that I will have everything I need. I dont do crazy offroad but I do want to do more. Also can I use stock springs?

You need to measure it before you decide on what clip to set them too. stock springs are fine, but both front and rear springs on these trucks sag.

2" front lift with front and rear 5100's is very doable.

Now that you say that I may need to replace the front and add a leaf as I am sure these are the original springs

Really depends on what condition your leaf pack is in. I have 5100's at .85 with stock leaves and it's just barely sitting higher in the rear. I do haul from time to time so my rear springs have sagged a little bit. If I set the front to 1.75 I'd be nose high.

My recommendations would be if you set to 1.75, add a leaf in the rear.

Same. To the OP, if you're looking for just level on all stock suspension you can get that by adding 5100's and setting the fronts to the first notch (.85"). I think if you went to any of the higher notches you would be reverse raked.
