1st gen 2wd... thinking 35x10.5s in the rear, 35x12.5s in the front, hear me out..

    - Better traction on pavement due to engine torque on the skinnies
    - Better flotation on the front in sand in front, and not much detriment in the rear with an unloaded bed
    - Can deflate the skinnies more offroad and leave the front to float
    - Can reverse the front and back if entering conditions that really need it

Otherwise I'm probably doing 35x10.5s all around

Can we have pics of your twin turbo setup shown in your profile?

Specs on your trans, diff and suspension?

I wouldn't waste time on a staggered setup 'cause tire rotation.

Thats needlessly overcomplicated for not enough benefit. But hey, your truck, your money.

I wanna see the truck float.

Just the other day, I saw a truck stalled in water up to the floorboards. It wasn't floating.

Maybe the OP has a way to make it float......

Pump them 35x12.5s up with H2 for a more buoyancy.

    Pre-Friday.

You won't notice any difference. I had 31s skinnies on the front and later swapped them on to the rear cuz my alignment wore them uneven. I couldn't tell the difference. No noticeable floating. But if I had a TWIN TURBO setup then I'm positive it notice more wheel spin with the skinnies on the rear.

I keep having delays on tuning it, so never took a "final" pic and its been limited to 6psi.. And its now in the middle of a head gasket replacement :burp:
I have a build doc to post once its all done though

Did the 6 psi boost blow the head gasket???

Maybe 5 psi is the limit.....

No. I had a single large turbo prior for a year and a half and it was gated at 8. And there are people running 15 on stock internals
And it's an external leak, not internal...kinda weird.. its likely due to non-ideal heat cycling, stress on the heads from when I was fabbing the newer exhaust collectors, and I know I got some metal shavings in the oil path at some point (was hoping they'd get picked up by the filter, but who knows).

No worries......the turbo bearings will find those metal chips.
