I have a complete pair of the heated, blinker light. This includes the switch, the mirrors and the custom made wiring installation kit. Jaimes (Up2NoGood) built the wiring kit. The mirror covers will have to be painted as one is burgundy and one is a pearl white. I've removed the mirrors themselves to access the clips to remove those colored caps. I also have directions downloaded that I'll include but there may be others also available. Due to the expense of all the parts, I am asking $515 for this complete kit. I will include shipping within the continental US for that amount.

And this kit... it's a plug and play thing for a 2nd gen tacoma? All years and trims?

That's why I paid the extra to have the electrical kit built to spec's. There's a fairly large posting on this process on how to do this. Everything from installation of the mirrors to routing the electrical. I just wanted proper plugs and electrical and Jaimes is the guy who really knows this process.

I believe that it was this post that talks about the heated mirror installation. I also had the turn signal mod built into the wiring kit from what i remember.

I've read that thread in the past, so you already swapped the bases off of the 4runner mirrors and put the Tacoma bases on instead, right? And what year and trim is that harness made for?

No, I have not swapped the bases. I bought all the pieces and got everything together for installation, but never completed the job. The truck was sold as I needed something to tow a car trailer and cars. I told Jaimes that I had a 2011. Not sure if it is a general harness or something made specially for a 2011.
