Here's another one of my former snowblowers: the legendary Yamaha YS-828. I bought used to see if I was going to like a tracked machine; I did. But Yamaha had long since stopped supporting them in the US and parts were hard to get, so I sold it and went with a new Honda. Sure could have used that drift cutter attachment during this last big snowfall...

    Good morning all,

Cold and clear skies, not as cold as Will's area. I remember those days and to be honest do not miss them, you do build up a tolerance to it especially when it is six months long in northern WI - LOL

Cooking ribs with baked sweet potato (for me) and a white potato for the boss plus Jalapeno stuffed peppers to snack on as the game here is earlier for us than most of you on this thread.

Encountered Yotes each of the last three mornings, four Friday and saw three yesterday and today. I am stuck in mid rifle hell, my 30-06 is too much for the neighborhood and my 22LR isn't enough to drop them. I have been trying to find either a 17 HMR or a 22 MAG and have found what I want in each but none to be had anywhere much less ammo. To be honest not being picky still does not present options - there are NONE to be had, everything is 'Out Of Stock'. So I carry my MP40 full size (I have a MP40 Shield for my carry) just in case they get brave when walking the dogs.

Have great day, enjoy the SB commercials

Feel the same way about the game. But I have several blocks in a block pool and I need to see which quarter I won if at all. Mostly watching for the commercials. Otherwise haven't and wouldn't watch a game all season for the same reason! And that included baseball. I don't watch basketball at all and I have never been into hockey. Lately I have been watching rugby. A bit of alearning curve but worth it.
    Have a good one.

    Good morning.

-24 this morning and still -15. Had to run into town for a Covid test for a upcoming procedure on Wednesday. Nothing serious. Got lucky and they just swabbed the lower nose area and didn’t go to the brain.

If we were closer i’ed let you use my 22-250. That lights them up. Have a 22 mag also. We have a pair of wolves in our area. Found their tracks in my woods and the neighbor behind me has tracks also. I have a .40 Springfield XDm that I pack when I feel the need.

    Morning all:

Just looked up something I thought would not not be available, 5mm Remington ammo. It appears that it is in stock at multiple places, now all you need to do is find the gun to use it in! I remember going to gun shows and the 5mm rimfire rifles were all over the place because Remington stopped making the ammo for them, and if someone had NOS ammo they were asking a small fortune for it!

Pressure in my eyes are way below normal, so no glaucoma for me. Whenever my Dr. checks, he laughs. "You still smoking that shit?"

I too Ken will not watch the NFL for “personal” reasons nor basketball or baseball (although I may slip up and go see my A’s) I am still a hockey fan though, and love my Sharks. The best way to watch hockey is in person at the game. Once you’ve been to a game in person and seen and heard the action up close it’s hard not to become a fan. Most hockey players are bad ass “real” men.
I met a pro rugby player a couple years who played in Britain and all I can say is he too was bad ass and very impressive. Former amateur and pro boxer here and I really wouldn’t have wanted to test him. Incredibly nice guy though.

I’d love to have gotten my hands on something like that just to try for 20 min.

thank you sir, I appreciate the response. Glad it worked for you. My twin sister had glaucoma for 30 plus years. Diagnosed in her mid 20's. She had every surgery under the sun for her problems. She advised me to do this, but alas, I lost her in January and now can't ask her for any more advice. I'll most likely let them do the left eye first, and see how that goes. I'm tired of the blurry vision 2-3 times a week, gets really aggravating.

Thanks very much to you both! I'll bring some hard cider for the cooler next time I drop by.

I went wheeling w/ some of my TW friends here yesterday; most were younger than my kids. :D Great bunch, though.

Good morning, everyone. We ended up with 3" of wet, heavy snow. Easy work to clear it off.

Ill be heading off to the dealership to have the truck serviced and get the annual PA safety inspection about 6 this morning - about a 2 hour drive. That's pretty much my excitement for the day.

    Be safe and warm!!

    Good Morning folks.
Lots of snow up home and alot of rain down here yesterday. We did get some sunshine in the afternoon that was nice. More rain today.
But it sure beats the hell out of the snow :D.
Hope everyone has a safe and be careful day.
