well I'm one year past my fourth surgery, and I'm doing okay. waiting for spring to resume my daily walking which I miss. Last year was the best year I've had in 10 years. My new crusade is harping on young dudes to take care of you back or you'll wind up like me.Fused with screws and small rods from S1-T8, which really limits my flexibility.

Hope it went well after that mess. Went well for me but I regret not taking the trip to the transfer station. Snow would have held off long enough to have ol road conditions. Oh well . At least I lived to tell about it
