I was recently stuck in the snow and while trying to get out with both front and rear ARB lockers engaged I heard a clunking/grinding sound coming from my front end.

since then everything seems fine except when I am in 4wd and I pull away from a stop or start into a sharp turn at slow speed, I hear a (1) clunk from my front end.

    What have I damaged?

Possibly axle noise... or something internal of the front diff... spinning wheels and engaging lockers at the same time can damage things

I was stationary when I engaged my lockers

I thought I may have damaged something inside, but there is absolutely no grinding or unusual noise when driving in 4WD other than when I first start out or make a sharp turn at low speed

I guess without putting up on a lift to inspect for such noise... we’ll be guessing
