Thanks, I'll check it out. Been wanting to get a cam setup.

Been looking at the Garmin https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/621281

I like the small size, will hide right behind the mirror. Can only view with the phone though.

Yeah I ain't no wussy but I just let most things go now. It's just not worth it anymore with all the lunatics around. Makes it worse when you have a vehicle that stands out.

I live over the hill over in Sylmar, not in the best of areas. Someone did the same thing to my tailgate, keyed the whole side of my neighbor's new pro 4runner and also keyed my other neighbor's modded tundra. I really doubt we all did something to piss off the same individual. Fuck people who think it's ok to do this.

It happened to me too. I was angry for a long time. New car and all. They got me on multiple occasions. One night I hid in the back seat with a baseball bat planning to take care of the situation. I talked myself out of it after a couple hours of waiting.

If your finger nail can catch the scratch, it may require more than machine correction and polishing, but I’d at least start with that method of removal.
The deeper scratches will need to be wet sanded and polished.

I have had far better results with these method’s than paint touch up pens and brushes.

Sorry this happened to you. I’d be very angry too. I also couldn’t believe this thread went 5 pages with nobody using the :itllbuffout: image. :D:D
