I would imagine the receiver tube could be cut down and the hole for the pin moved, judging by how much space is back there... I second making it more "hidden"

That's a good idea as well, however I was referring to actually mounting a winch inside of the oem bumper cover, much like the Pelfreybilt for the 3rd gens or the U.S. Offroad for the 2nd gens

    none.... yet!
I installed this one from E-Trailer.com. Install was a bit tricky but no drilling and good hardware provided in the kit. Very heavy duty, but looks like it is a bit lower than you would like. it is on a 2016 Sport. Had to remove the air dam.upload_2016-4-25_15-37-44.jpg

Just Acquired the Tacoma 2019. and planning to install the C31075 (CURT) as front hitch. I will get rid of AirDam but can someone confirm that there is no mod/cut required on Skid play and it will come off and go back as is. I am hearing that on some vehicles the skid plate needs to be trimmed

I went with the Draw-Tite due to its higher ratings. There was no air dam on my 21 TRD OR so no removal required. I know for the Draw-Tite I removed the skid plate for the install and it went right back on afterwards with no mods. I have heard those with the TRD Pro skid plate had to do dome kind of trimming. Not sure how different the Curt is.
