Ah I see. The wires are itty bitty for the meso mod and the buttons just replace what is already there on the side of your shifter. Might check it out. Do you have the left side cubby with blanks? I pulled mine and installed a switch pros in its place. I can’t remember how many blanks where in it. I think 2? Maybe 3? If it would help you get more switches for your installs you can have it. It’s just sitting in the shop now.

 

I found someone on TW that sent me the cutout of the panel that they replaced with the MESO multi switch panel. I cut out the ECT mount and then carefully cut it down with a hot knife to fit in the hole I cut in the lower console.
I have asked MESO about making an ECT holder for this purpose but no response. I think it would be a good seller and considerably easier to install compared to my mod.

 

I installed this on my left side. The only thing I want to add on the left side is a dual volt meter readout but thanks for the offer.
Have you replaced your OEM radio knobs? I need 1x radio knob for the right side to finish this mod.

I figured you did something like that. I see CH4x4 has a dual panel

here, but it may be too big for that spot. There's also a single rocker switch panel

$6 X-Haibei 1 Single Rocker Switch Panel Housing Switch Holder Black Plastic

here, but it doesn't fit the small OEM switch. Our best bet might be @MESO offering a single small OEM switch panel, or one of these or these boutique etsy companies may be able to 3d print it.

 

I can make a single "retrofit" button slot. Cut a hole a snap it in.

 

Please do. There has to be others that just want to relocate the button to a more practical location.
Note, your ECT mod for the TRD Pro shift knob is great but another option would be appreciated I'm sure.

 

Note, the relocate I did for the ECT button will only accommodate the small OEM Toyota button I think though.

Where do I sign up? I'm already computing my options for what can go there, and open up a spot somewhere else. I'm thinking Auto high beam, 2Lo, Tailgate opener.. What I'd really like there is the rear windshield switch, so I don't need to take my eyes off the road to find it, but that requires a new center switch panel from you, which I'm already doing.
