I love it, it brings a sense of satisfaction knowing my employees are using safe work practices and they all go home with all 10 fingers and all 10 toes.

I’ve worked in places and at job sites that didn’t care about employee safety. Those are the worst. Bunch of young temporary employees that don’t last a day with no training at all pressured to do shit way outside their comfort zone. Nobody wins.

Any of you guys got the Rci 3/16”aluminum skids? What have been you impressions? 15-20% off now. I know steel more protection but I don’t wheel crazy hard amd think aluminum would do alright. Am I wrong to consider aluminum? Any other companies with better designs. I have done exhaust reroute.

I don’t have aluminum skids but I do have an aluminum front bumper and the few rock taps it has taken, the aluminum just doesn’t hold up at all. If you very rarely wheel I think they would be ok, but if you wheel often I’d think they’d get torn up quick.

My front skid is 1/4 aluminum. Its taken a good bit of hard impacts but the welds are starting to crack. Im going to make my own 1/4 steel to match my other soon. But the rci one has taken some hard impacts and still kicking lol
