Sorry to start a new thread on debadging but I couldn't find this specific information.

Is the door badge on the Pro just stuck on? No posts or anything, right?

I'm ordering a couple do-dads for the 4Runner today and am wanting to replace the badge on my incoming Pro.

use the 3M Eraser Wheel. use a little heat and fishing line to take off the badge, and use the wheel to remove the adhesive with no chemicals at all, zero residue or cleanup, and it literally takes about 20 seconds. highly recommended.

Just curious, why do you want to remove the badge? You paid a lot of money for that sticker! Lol

it may be the equivalent to tucking your gold chain under your shirt when rolling though the hood...

Ha. I found a cooler looking badge and I couldn't care less if my truck specifically states that it's a Pro or not. It's not like the badge is the only identifying feature of the Pro anyway.

You'll see it when both the badge (and the truck!) show up. ;)

I don't want everyone stealing my ideas before I even get the chance to execute them myself!

I'll try to remember to circle back to this thread.

Not a Pro but I love the clean look without any badging or decals.

    Lots--
Always worked for me. Good ole extension cord and hair dryer. Fishing line, turtle wax and some elbow grease! I debadge everything always. Same with most stickers I take lots of stuff off.

    Remove any sticker....

Heat gun, Diesel fuel, meguires polish & your done

The cheesy plastic chrome emblems do the same thing after you yank em off with 20lb monofiliment fishing line

I did my entire truck in less than an hour inside a 50 degree garage

I wasnt sure how it would look. Definitely like it more than the red Pro emblem. Way too much going on with that emblem.
