Just a courtesy heads up that there is a used Warn M12000 currently for sale on Goodwill's online auction website, for pick up only, at their Spokane, WA location. The auction ends 1/11/2021 1:21:00 PM Pacific Time. That's out of my geographic area for pick up, but maybe a TW brother or sister in the PNW may be interested.

That could be a solid deal if the price stays low... but a fair warning to all would be buyers:

There's come key components to a winch that can be VERY expensive if they've gone bad. The control pack and the motor can both sink the value of a winch deal. Also, I find it odd that this would be donated to Goodwill in working order. Most people that have a winch, know what they've got. It's not typical that a 12k Warn winch would just end up in the hands of someone and they donate it, not knowing its worth.

Yeah...i kept looking online for some good deals on warn winches but realized the risk of buying one that has issues or craps out soon wasn't worth saving a small amount. Just bought a 10k new.

I live in Spokompton, but uh, that thing doesn't look like a vehicle recovery winch

Someone got it for $236, great deal, a new contactor, and some maintenance, and there you go....
