I think my filler neck is bad

    I have a 2002 tacoma and i think my filler neck for my fuel tank has gone bad i dont like messing with anything fuel related so ive neglected to repair it but its gotten to the point im going to fix it, whenever im filling up my gas i can get maybe 50 cents to a dollar in the tank before the nozzel clicks off its also setting of an evap code any tips on how to fix this?

    I had a Silverado that did this same thing. It was the charcoal canister.

    I took might off and beat it out the ground and blew it out. Worked like a charm.

    Maybe, justtttttt maybe, it's the evap system? There are a multitude of evap codes; which one are you getting?

    PO420 which is because of my glasspack and cleared out cat PO440 PO441 and PO446 i think im going to clean out my charcoal filter and see what that does for me.
