I haven’t been able to find any hd ones like they make but I don’t want to deal with a company that has some many shit reviews

I haven’t personally had any issues just ordering the speaker adapters. I’ve ordered 3 sets on 3 occasions now, between 2016 and 2020 and they always ship next or 2 days later.

Their in-house electronics stuff I decided to just skip because of all the hooplah.

They tried to screw me on a wiring harness‼️ Said I can’t use both wiring harnesses so said the shipping department would credit for the one not needed. Two weeks later after calls and emails I get a notification that your item has shipped. I go to see they are not crediting me. So I call and email asking them what’s going on? They then tell me it’s a set and we can’t split them up. WTF you tell me I can’t use both but yet you’re forcing me to buy two when they are listed as two separate harnesses. Sorry but I’m not paying you $79 for something that I can only use half. Plus I can buy wire and soldier & heat shrink! All I need is 4 speaker wires and a remote wire. From the radio to under the drivers seat. I have to run a 12g wire for power and a short ground for the baby amp. The speakers I purchased have more than enough wire to run from the amp to the doors in a small Reg cab.
Be VERY careful with any business with this company‼️
With factory stereos getting somewhat better just adding better speakers and a small amp should be good. But I remember being young when stereo competitions was the rage. Me I rather spend my money on performance mods even at my age. Plus my hearing has taken a big shit, it sucks to get old as you will see...

Because we are old and can’t hear is why we need a much bigger audio system

If you have more then one set they must be at least decent I’m just concerned about them talking forever to ship

Lol well that’s ok to but a much larger and more expensive project but even if I had one I would still have a sound system I can’t get through life without music and sometimes it just has to be loud

Im surprised someone on here doesnt make speaker adaptors for our truck out of cutting boards to sell and ship cheap. If i had a router, it probably wouldn't be had to do. Order several cutting boards in bulk prob 3-6$ each and make your first template. Could prob sell a set for 20-25 shipped and make money off them

I don’t know if cutting boards is the right choice for material but I get what your saying.

yeah, ive seen where some shops have been using the hard plastic cutting boards. Guess its similar to PVC or ABS and you can get different thickness for it too. Water resistant as well

Yep, i have seen plenty made from MDF, its what we used years ago when i was in the field. Make sure you paint them with a good paint to help resist moisture and they are good.
