Somebody here on TW (can't remember who) got stuck sitting next to him on a long flight. Said he was the most pompous ass he'd ever met, consequently it was a miserable flight being lectured to about climate change.

 

I can believe that. But that person should have told him to shut the fawk up.

 

Agreed. I wish I could remember all the details but the TW guy did for a living what "Cuntore" was babbling on about climate change impacting so he just let him go on digging a hole.

Yeah, it's never a good sign when the weather folks show up. That being said....if Stephanie Abrams ever shows up at the house I'm not gonna be too concerned with the weather

 

Once the needle begins moving, it's over 160 degrees coolant temp and good to move.

It's a good idea to let your truck warm up regardless of the weather. It helps reducing load on the bearing surfaces.

 

Just got back. It's a little slick out there, but not bad. Only got sideways a few times. I did need 4Hi to get away from a couple of stops, though.

 

I like Jennifer, I always thought Stephinie should be riding a broom just reminds me of a evil witch.

The real danger to the power lines comes in a few days when the ice starts to melt and fall off the lines. Thia will cause them to start to gallop up and down anit can be fairly violent.. enough to cause the crossarms further down at each pole.atart to wrench back and forth..

If the braces are bad or broke the crossarm will tilt over causing an outage. If the crossarms are rotten they risk breaking and phases falling on the ground.

If the poles snap off because they are rotten or broke below the surface then when they fall.the next pole or two down the line now has to take the load and will probably break. At least until enough weight is on The ground to act as an anchor.

 

Not good.
