    Yeahhh! This is around a five beer minimum process. Start heating the chili in dutch ovens on the stove while the smoker fires up (oak). Beer. Baseball sized meatballs on grates over the chili for ~45 minutes, then mash 'em up and stir 'em in. Beer. Cook chili uncovered for about an hour. Beer. Then simmer covered a couple more hours. Adjust beer accordingly (at least two).

    new potatoes, idaho potatoes, baby carrots and a huge roast buried under it all.
    should last a couple days.
