Can't believe all the shitty drivers out today. Love toyotas but the one that got me was some Tundra with a damn stairway to heaven lift trying to skip traffic who almost slid into somebody walking. it's 4 wheel drive not 4 wheel stop....

BHS Severe Weather Warning #6
This is Baptist Health System with a Severe Weather Warning notification #6. The coldest temperatures since 1989 are occurring this morning and forecast on Tuesday morning, 02/15/2021, with low temperatures in the single digits and teens. Wind chill values this morning range from -15 to 0 degrees. There is a chance for freezing rain Tuesday night into Wednesday, 02/17/2021 and a wintry mix Wednesday night. Additional ice accumulations are possible.
BHS facilities will implement their linen conservation plan. Bed linen changes will be limited to those patients who have gross soiling from draining wounds, catheters, etc. until contract linen deliveries resume.
Staff is reporting an average of 3 times their usual commute times to and from work. For those who are traveling between home and work, continue to use alternate routes to avoid highway overpasses and bridges. Please have your employees bring an overnight bag with a change of clothes, medications and toiletry items along with their employee badge and STRAC ID if issued one. The hospital's House Officer remains the focal point at each facility for employees who need accommodations. Department leaders please continue make appropriate decisions to ensure your Department(s) are staffed appropriately.
