OK GA guys need a little help/advice. I originally ordered the Eibach pro-truck lift system (stage 1) but got tired of waiting for it so I cancelled the order and purchased one on TW from a guy in TX which only had 500 miles on it. It's set on the 2nd perch but I want it on the 1st for only a 2" lift in the front. Thought this wouldn't be too difficult of a task but it's becoming one. I thought I would brave the spring compressor myself but the 2 I've tried won't fit between the springs. Checked with a couple a shops near me and one can't do it and the other wants $395 to do it which I thought was ridiculous. So does anyone have any suggestions or know of someone that could help me with this without costing me an arm and a leg? I'm in Holly Springs near Canton and still searching for solutions. Thanks

Hey Bizz. No I have not. I'll check with them and see what they say. Haven't chatted with you in a while but I've seen some of your post. Truck is looking good. Thought I saw you a couple of weeks ago but then remembered you switched over to blue wheels...I think. Hope all is well and thanks.

I’m sure they could get you fixed up without ripping you off. Yea man, been a while for sure. I still look for you when I’m up your way but don’t thing I’ve seen you. I get mistaken for another cement taco in the area quite a bit. If you ever need help let me know

So don't let this go to your head but you Da Man. I finally reached someone at Greer on Friday late in the afternoon. The guy that answered the phone said "sure we can take care of that for you" and when I asked if he knew what that would run me he first said a case of beer then said 50 bucks and chuckled. I said I would swing by on Monday after work as that's usually my lighter day at work. Went by today, he took me in the shop and called a guy over to look the strut. I told him what I wanted and he started working on it as I went out and got the second one. About 10 to 15 minutes later it was a done deal. He wouldn't even let me carry them back out to my truck. I went back in to settle up and the guy just waved me off and said we're good. He wouldn't take anything and said just to come back if I ever needed any work done to the truck, which I will. Now that's what I call service. I should probably get a complete list of all the work they do there. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sending me their way. I need to find out what the guys favorite beer is and bring him a case the next time I'm in the area. Also met another TW member while there and he knew who you were. He has a blue Taco that was there in the shop having some work done. Think it was marinemonkey (old age, lol). Nice guy. Anyway, once again I am grateful for your help. Now if I can ever find time to install.

That’s awesome man! Patrick is a good dude for sure. Really glad he took care of you.

You’re right it was @marinemonkey aka the best welder/fabricator in Ga lol.

Also, once you do get everything installed, Greer only charges $50 for the alignment. Truly cannot beat that price

Wow thats a great price plus I feel I would trust his alignment more than someone else. Will definitely have him do it once installed. Thanks again.
