    Thank you and believe you’re correct. But no I didn’t check that. My little shop is frozen. Door is frozen solid. Thankfully I had a single flathead screw driver and pair of pliers in my junk drawer to get the breaker changed. Power is on 4 or 5 hours and back off for a few. Hvac guy here in the next few hours. And thanks again.

    Edit: kitchen is froze now too. Water in back bathroom only. Never experienced this kind of mess in my short 50 years on this planet. Not a woe is me by any stretch. But damn.

    I'm sure you're already doing all you can to stay warm but keep the cabinet doors open - let the inside air circulate in there and keep the pipes warm. Also, don't know how big your place is but throw something in the oven to bake even if its just premade cookie dough and leave the door open once its baked and the oven is off - the radiant heat coming out of the oven afterwards will push the house temps up a bit faster than the heater alone.

    Learned that trick while I lived in AK. We lost power frequently in the winter. Luckily I had gas appliances. So I baked when the power went out and kept the place toasty. My in laws were worried one time when we lost power for like 12 hours straight and they wanted me to come to their place since they had a wood burning fireplace to keep the house warm. Told them I was fine and couldn't leave because I had muffins in the oven :laugh: Still got a little cold but it was below zero outside and I kept the house in hte mid 60's just by baking a couple of times throughout the ordeal.

    Everything is boxed, I will move it another day. We already did the big packing when we moved her out if the house.


    Got in the Tacoma and the blower fan wouldn't come on. I could feel the cold but no blower, even on high. If it comes on high only its the resistor most likely.

    I hit the underside of the blower, under the glove box, and it came to life.

    Time for a new blower motor.

    I was just checking the weather in Hendersonville Tennessee were I'll be moving to in 3-4 months . This morning it was 9 degrees and now currently 18 degrees ...... Brrrrrrr !!

    currently 33* and sunny here. tried to get as much of the camper roof clear of snow as was possible. i got a push broom and a 10' PVC pipe - stick the broom handle inside the pipe and i got a 10' broom. pull the truck along side the camper and climb in the bed then push away. so far its working pretty good. little hard to get to the far side next the AC unit so I had to borrow my neighbors ladder to get a better angle on that.
