Took off my long travel and went back to mid travel, never had to worry about fitting 33s. Now that I’m back to stock dimensions, I’m rubbing on the outside cab (the solid metal line). My alignment is horrible right now so I was wondering if I got my alignment fixed (more caster) should I be rubbing? I have icon 2.5s and a uniball upper icon arm.

It rubs on the pinch weld right there not even the cab mount.

Someone more knowledgeable can chime in but I think that's your pinch weld, and you just need to beat it flat with a hammer

The alignment would help since it sounds like you haven’t gotten one after replacing the suspension

Beating the pinch weld flat is an extremely common solution.

I bet your 33's are 10.5 wide. My 10.2 wide 33's have no such issue.

    Pizza cutter crew represent

Yup need to hammer that pinch weld flat.

It’s way easier than people make it sound on here. Mine took me about 10 minutes to hammer both sides flat.
