Maybe my search skills are poor, but I do not see much about lifting and towing. I'll detail out my use, reasons, and what I think maybe a good fit.

My truck: 2019 TRD OR DCSB

    Use:
    • I travel for work and put a lot of highway miles on my truck. I also tow a camper that is right at 3500 lbs. dry. When it is packed it is about 3700-3900 lbs. It goes everywhere with me, especially since COVID. Ride Quality and MPG are not a concern. That goes when you decide to tow with this beast! I may also upgrade to a 4200 lbs camper, I definitely think the truck can handle it.
    • I also haul my tools and a generator they total around 300-500 lbs. They are spread between the backseat and the bed.
    • I frequently access maintained and unmaintained "right-of-ways". The terrain challenges can range from novice to intermediate.
    • In my free time, I do some light offroading.
    • I usually work in TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, PA, WV, and CO.
    Reasons:
    • I have slammed my tow hitch into mats on the right of way multiple times at stock heights. (Thanks welders for rutting things out lol!)
    • My front skid plate has seen some action and I would like to reduce it a little.
    • In PA & WV I have rubbed my undercarriage accessing locations.
    • I would also like to access some new trails with a more capable rig.
    Plans:
    • Steel Sliders
    • Aluminum Skid Plates
    • Decked Bed System
    • Mid-Height Bed Rack
    • 5.29 Nitro Gears
    • Front Aluminum Bumper w/ Winch
    • Steel Rear Bumper
    • Roof Rack
I only want a 2" lift while being able to tow. I'm hoping to avoid the severe sag when you tow with a lift kit. That's why I chose the heavier springs and leaves. If achieve slightly over that it is ok, but my true goal is a 2" lift. I also run 265/75R16 (~32") tires and I have no plans to go bigger. After reading I think the following components will fit my application, but I would like some second opinion.
    • Fox 883-26-007 - 0-1.5" 2.5 Reservior Shock - Adjustable
    • Fox 880-06-376 - 0-2" 2.5 Coil-Over Reservior Shock - Adjustable
    • Eibach 1400.250.0700S - 14" 700 lbs (Fox states they use the 3.0 Eibach Coilovers)
    • Deaver U402 - Stage III Kit (700-1000 lbs.)
    • Hammer Hangers
    • Total Chaos UCA
Lastly, I really don't want to have to shim things. I have read if you go above 2.75" you will probably have to shim and insure things are lined up to avoid vibrations. If they happen I'll address them, but if by staying at a lower height helps I'd like to stay there. Really hope I don't get slammed but this will be my first time lifting a truck that tows frequently.

I think the research you did is fine. Might be able to cut cost here and there with a different manufacture but seems like you got it planned out
