They won’t ship those to US addresses. You have to buy the cans secondhand here. Best bet is ebay.

Scepter MFC military Fuel Jugs. 15 Gal Total. These things are indestructible as i used them a lot in the marine corps infantry. (Always strapped to the back of the HUMVEES). In my bed year round for the most part. They will expand during the heat of summer but will never explode or rupture. Cycle the fuel out couple months or so. Stored with Stabil. Added about 100lbs but ride quality over bumps at highway speeds are better / more controlled with stock OR suspension. Also during the winter and snow driving, added weight gives more traction to the rear tires. (Rear of trucks are lighter so you know what i mean when it wobbles over bumps and higher speeds). Running out of fuel is always been my OCD. So this was my always prepared solution.

best bet is ebay. There is a supplier last i checked that sells second hand out of texas i believe. He ships it without the flange seal. Best to order the aluminum flage seal on Amazon and a viton gasket for gasoline. Normal seals are for diesel and gasoline will eat them away.

Since this photo was taken, i dont have the storage plano box to free up some room. The jugs are living in the same spots though.

Im also looking for a better mounting solution however i do not want to mount them on the exterior as it increases chance for theft when out and about.

@ddanjeong that’s awesome man. Thank you for sharing your experience. I think what I’m going to do is once I purchase a diamondback bed cover is weld a 5 can storage system behind the rear view window. If I do so I’ll be sure to keep pictures posted on this thread. Thanks everyone for sharing your ideas & thoughts!

Welcome to TW! Bedside molle panels are a good option for mounting.
