Long time (respective to my age) Toyota fan, first time Tacoma owner.

I had made some pretty wild lifestyle changes and was on the lookout for a rig that would allow me to go off the beaten path, something my 2020 Corolla would not do. Many opportunities for small/midsized rigs were bought up even before I had a chance to look at them.
Lo and behold, a '14 Tacoma TRD Off-Road with 111k miles popped up on the local dealership lot on New Years Eve. I dashed over to test drive the vehicle right at closing time, mulled it over over that night, and pulled the trigger the next day (had to wait until the 2nd to actually get it.)

I am totally in love with this vehicle and can't wait to see where I can go with this in the coming months and years.

Thanks for providing a community to explore and bounce ideas. I have already spent a fair bit on quality of life improvements, but can't wait to see what how this continues to grow as a unique experience.

Thank you so much! That was immediately after the first wash which was sorely needed due to a slushy drive up the local switchback mountain road to get to a hiking trail. The color is so precious to me, very unique.
