4x4 light is flashing Lo

My 4x4 light is flashing Lo,I have put new front add and transfer case actuator on new switches in the tcase actuator check fuse still no luck on getting light to quite.What are the chances of the computer taking a crap on me,I have unhooked the negative on the battery also.Any and all information is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

 

So you replaced the limit switches too?
Wow, at this point. You’re probably going to need to break out the Voltmeter.
