Wow, hey at least you’re still alive. I’m curious, how did the mcm kit hold up during the roll?

MCM kit is fine. My other option is to transplant all the 4x4 parts into a prerunner. Alot of work but it'll be cheaper in the long run.

As a guy who watches automobile insurance commercials, I will say in my best judgement, it's Totaled. If you can fix it yourself to make it into a weekend rig, do it. If not, part it out and get a new Tacoma. You can always swap your parts out to the new one.

Glad you're okay. If you need a medical opinion, I can provide you my skilled input. Let me know as I've watched a ton of medical shows as well.

She's a little disfigured but still drives fine. Still surised it got me 250 miles home without getting pulled over.

Alex, glad to hear you made the 250 mile trek home with the Tacoma looking like that. I bet you received a lot of odd looks from your fellow motorist. As a an avid watcher of Reno 911 and fan of both Supertroopers 1 & 2. I believe in my heart of hearts, you should've been stopped and questioned by highway patrol.

Self taught man, you know how to do some roofing? I'm pretty sure you watched Home Improvement.

BFH till its near stock and then tube cage the whole thing. If you get it close enough you can put glass back in I'd think. Otherwise, chop it like they said, cage it and then what I was thinking about doing to one on marketplace with a chopped top is after the cage skin the roof with sheet steel welded or bolted to the cage. Or if you can sew make a rag top that snaps in like a jeep.

Unfortunately not, I more like Wilson in that situation as I just lurk sight unseen. I would be of no use in the roofing department. Now if we're talking about ceilings, that's a different story now!
