I had a set of 265/75/r16 tires and 16x8 -12 offset wheels installed the other day and I noticed the factory rake is really showing with the larger tires lol.

I spoke to an installer about suspensions and we settled upon the Fox 2.0 Performance Series Shocks and coilovers (2 inches of lift - front) and the Fox Shocks in rear with a 2 inch spacer block. The kit will add 2 inches to the front and rear. If I chose not to add the spacer, the lift would be 2 inches in the front and 1 in the rear using the rear fox shock.

I know Fox is a good brand and I want a smooth ride quality for on and off-road and I figured a 2 inch block will not be very comfortable if I was in the mindset of keeping the rake the same from factory (1 inch lower in front).

Has anyone installed a lift with the same height all around, and is the rake noticeable even with the lift?

heres my truck as of right now:

I’m curious how a shock provides lift in the rear or are they putting a 1” block. Is it a high pressure nitrogen shock? Personally I like a level truck.

I worded that incorrectly. shock obviously doesnt lift anything. I figured it out and I'm no longer adding the spacer in the rear
