I vote for the 04 but that does seem high. I bought my 02 Prerunner about 6 months ago with 61k miles and I only paid $13,200. No matter what do your homework and dont jump on something too quick. It seems like as soon as you buy something you will see a better one a week later. Either way buy any Tacoma and you will be happy :)

Edit: In my opinion I would def shoot for a 6 lug (either Prerunner or 4wd) your original post doesnt mention if either truck is 4wd or Prerunner

They are both Pre-Runners. I really do not have use for the 4x4 model. I already have another truck is 4x4 for the woods. This will on-rode only. When I search The other dbl cab 04's I see around the country they are in that price range or higher. They seem to be hard to find trucks with that low of miles.

Holy hell that's a lot of money for a 7 year old 2WD truck.

I agree. Toyota owners dont give up their trucks at low mileage. Its rare

Your right about them being hard to find, Even in the Toronto area they are scarce and high priced.

Well it shows that its a good truck. Look up Kia cars. Im sure you can find a ton of those low mileage lol. Nodody wants to lose their ass being upside down. So if your vehicle is nice (ie: tacoma) you would not sell it until paid off and/or fairly high miles. Keep looking and you wil find what you want and you will be much happier than if you jump at the first deal you see

You Know What, I just did a quick looksee here in my area and all the ones I see are minimum 15gs with double the millage, So I would say that 04 your looking at is a GOOD Deal.

I would say that too but I was looking at that guys earlier post with the trucks in the Florida Auto Trader and the Extracabs are definitely more expensive there than here. That may be because of the frame issues here, the Tacos are becoming scarce, most of them are in the scrap yards.

Oh wow. Yeah i agree its prob frame issues along with the area. Nobody is afraid of rust here in Arizona. If the truck could have possible frame issues and has been used in Canada that would totally scare me away. my truck was bought and lived in AZ its whole life. We take the non-rust vehicles for granted
