    I purchased from them multiple times and I think I purchased right when they transitioned owners (about a month or two back) they were in hemet but now in Santa fe springs. I had no idea they changed owners, just thought they hired additional help at the time.

    That being said, my experience was still smooth and positive with the new crew.

    Here's a screenshot of my order with All Pro.......made it really fucking clear that I wanted clarity on compatibility and then I just get a "shrug....oh well" when it shows up and isn't compatible with their own damn bumper.

    That explains alot...I've been pretty frustrated by trying to get someone over there to help with a 5100 replacement question and I seem to be getting cut-n-paste responses, phone calls go to voice mail. I'm getting the sense that the stellar customer service and Marie's knowledge are a thing of the past?

    2019 I had called, left 2 voicemails, messaged them on TW, not to mention tagging them here.

    I had done so prior to getting Fox 2.5 coilovers and 2.0 rears for my Tacoma as well as other misc. parts.

    They never answered me or called me back. Mind you this is all pre-covid sometime around April or so?

    I don't recommend them at all to anyone based on their lack of communication. Guess my money wasn't good enough :notsure:

    Did you email them? Even when Marie and her husband owned head strong, they never once replied to any form of communication except email but tbey did promptly reply to those.

    I just bought a complete new suspension and some other things in two separate orders from the new Headstrong.

    There were a few small problems with the order (ARB bumper arrived w/o hardware and light kit, leaf springs didn't ship as expected) but more importantly in my opinion, whoever's manning the battlestations responded quickly to my complaints and got everything squared away as well as I think is possible, to include express shipping the missing components and keeping me 100% up to date.

    I'd order from them again for sure.
