Georgia Tuning Support/Service Thread with Stormpeacock (Yotawerx Tuning)

Hey man, I was mistaken in my last message about agm adjustments for charging. Those batteries have an ideal charging voltage in the 14v range. Adjusting those alternator output settings means that your battery with have more longevity with the approproate charging voltage. This is something i can do when i tune you.

Hey bud, at the moment I dont think there are OVtune files for the 2021 manual. They should be coming in the near future.

I would just meet up with you, plug in my laptop and flash the appropriate tune -- i would also discuss any additional changes to make on top of the ovtune file with you in person.

 

Okay thank you for the information if you do find that they have a tube for it in the near future I would very much like to know and to talk with you about my options for tuning my truck

 

@Stormpeacock I have 2 questions. 1 when ov comes out with a tune for the 2021 Tacoma, and I have you put it on will I be able to switch tunes by myself or will I need to come to you each time for that. 2 does ov have tunes for 4runners, my wife and brother have one and they wanted to see if we could tune them?

 

You would need me to flash a new tune for you... it requires the use of the cable, software, and files, which you do not own if i do this service for you.

OV has had 4runner tunes available before and then he took those down. right now there is actually nothing available on his website because he is doing a major update. there is no telling how long that will take our when the 4runnee files will be available to purchase. but it would/could be possible later on.

 

I’m interested in getting my 2017 tuned after suspension and tires. I’ll get with you in a couple weeks hopefully.

 

Im interested in tune. I’m in tallapoosa where are you located. I have 2018 Tacoma SR5 2WD. 6” lift, 20” rims, 33” tires (going to 35 next set) regraded to 5.29. Dual exhaust and k&n CAI. Everyone seems pleased with your work.
