    Morning friends!
Going to try to get some shingles on that playhouse today and try out the new smoker/cooker.
The store only had super small frozen turkeys, so the wife brought home a chicken and a Boston butt.

I would but if I spend money on a product and it comes broken, i want it replaced by the manufacturer, not repaired by me. If this was a year down the road, sure, I'd go after it with some tools but fresh out of the box with a scratch in the powder coat? They can replace it.

Off to call their customer support line.

That’s exactly how I felt about my bumper that arrived scuffed. It’s one thing if it’s missing a bolt or two, but needing to refinish things is where I don’t feel like it’s going to be the same as a factory complete coverage.
That sucks man, I hope they can make it right quick for you.
