OE/BlueSea question

I had to trim the light bar and pod light terminal ends and hate the way it looks. Is this okay to run until I get new ends?

 

As long as they don’t pull out to short against something, yes. Just give each wire a tug to make sure they are secure.

 

Why would it not be?
You've got electrical contact
Doesn't appear to offer a possible short.
Get the new terminal ends and make it look pretty.

 

Also I’d recommend putting some loom protection on the positive cable where it feeds though the mounting bracket. It could easily wear through that area from vibration.

#10 (3.5-5.0) ring terminals fit the OE block perfectly (that's what Blue Sea specs out for the terminals). I'm using marine grade ones (w/the glue inside the heat shrink).
