Pull the fill plug and pull suction on the case with a shop vac.

Just an update folks, I pulled the plug and reinstalled it with the washer. I ended up running down to Home Depot and picked up this stopped for $1.97 which allowed me to cover the hole. There were several sizes, this is the 1" and it probably would have been better to go with a smaller size. It didn't quite fit all the way in, however it's 50 degrees here and this is 80-140W so it's pretty freakin' viscous and I was able to just hold it in place to cover the hole while I fiddled with the washer.

Didn't lose much oil and had plenty leftover to top it off. Thanks for all the great advice, love this site and the community!
