Snugtop sport hi liner height under lumber rack

Does anybody know how tall the sport hi liner is from the bed rails to the top on the outside? I had ordered a rack-it 3000 series to go over the snug top that i ordered and despite me asking them to keep it close to the height of the snug top, its 10.5" above the cab and 29" above the bedrails, which i feel like is going to be 5 or 6 inches above the canopy. Thinking of cutting a few inches off the legs if this is true. if i go up 2 inches i loose about 3/4" of width per side from the angle of the legs, but could probably spread them a little bit. It is an aluminum rack.

 

Or any measurements from the bottom of the bed or tail gate open to the top on the outside? Does anybody have a lumber rack over a snugtop hi liner?
