Stumbled on a YouTube of someone doing this and had to try it. The dye
is cheap -RIT fabric dye for $4. I had an old non window Pmag 30 lying around in FDE. It’s dark brown now. Left the base plate in FDE. Pretty fun. Most people buy the sand color since it’s closer to white, better blank slate to color from. I’m not doing more since the rest of my pmags have windows that I would like to Keep clear.

Any one else try this? Post a pic if so

Are they selling sand pmags again?

People were paying big $$ for those when the production stopped.

no idea. I used an FDE, which works fine, it's plenty light.
