2019 Limited - 18" stock wheels - 2" Level kit up front - what will fit?

Hi,

I am getting conflicting info on what size tires will fit.

I have a 2019 Limited with a 2" leveling kit up front only. Will need to tires soon and would like to jump up a bit in width and height.

I found a great deal on some Wildpeak AT3's 285-70-17 (would need new wheels), but my tire guys tell me they would rub. Is this true even with -12 offset wheels?

If i stick with the stock wheels, I am considering 275-65-18. Thoughts on this setup?
