I thought I was buying just wheels but when the guy took me to his storage place he had a a set of wheels with the tires. He just said you can have everything. He only drove to the tire shop where he got some after market wheels and tires . I did some reading in the manual about Toyota being able to have the computer recognize the new TPS. I realy don't want to go down the road of having to remove 8 tires and switching out the TPS. Will my shop be able to do the same as Toyota?

My tire shop can scan wheels to locate the TPMS code and then link it to the truck, you will be fine

Exactly as above ^ I got a great deal in October on steelie take-offs/tires from a 2020, the sensors were able to be scanned, but the computer on the '15 will not upload the information. I had to have the sensors from my old wheels swapped over into the new wheels, then the tire store rescanned the old sensors and loaded them into the computer.

You can break the beads on the tires with a jack, or a long lever. There are a number of videos on Youtube of different at home methods for breaking the beads. Remove the valve core with a $5 valve core tool, let all the air out. Then break the bead with a jack. Block the tire out of the way with a few scraps of wood, remove sensor, and swap with the other sensor. Then air back up. I've done this a few times. It'd probably take me an hour or so to swap a full set of sensors. The attached photo shows how I block the bead to get at the sensor.
