Okay so I have a 3” on 35s. I need somebody that can adjust my caster to at least 4 degrees. But for some reason every shop says it’s already maxed out and I’m at 1.2. I have Spc uppers control arms.

You might be maxed out. What position is your SPC upper ball joint in?

Looks like that's in the "G" position, so I do believe your LCA caster is maxed out if you're still at +1.2 degrees. It's just being compensated for by having that UCA ball joint in the "G" position. Are you looking for more positive caster for handling characteristics or clearance? If you're looking for clearance, you're already maxed out. You can't move your wheel any more forward. If you're looking for more positive caster for different handling then you can have them move that upper ball joint to the "D" or "E" position.

I’m looking for more clearance. How are people getting over 4 degrees of caster? Some people tell me I’m maxed and some people tell me I can get over 4.

I don't think you understand what you're asking for. +4 degrees won't help you get more clearance in your situation. In fact, whoever setup your SPC's understands them better than most people. If you just want +4 then rotate your upper ball joint to "D" position. But your wheel is already as far forward as it can go so you won't get any more clearance.

For the most clearance at the rear of the tire, position G is best. For maximum clearance, set for max caster on LCA and minimum caster on SPC UCA. This brings both the bottom of the knuckle (LCA) forward, and the top of the knuckle (UCA) forward. For the price of clearance, you sacrifice overall caster
