2015 TPMS Sensor on the Spare ?

Ok got my ScanGauge II and programmed, TP1-TP4 read as expected. TP5 which I assumed was the Spare shows a -14 something. I thought I would just check the pressure and the spare is mounted Valve side up. Its a 2015 and It looks like its Never been dropped.

Before I waste my time and find NO TPMS stem installed... Does it have one??

A Search showed a lot of guessing answers... so if you know for sure please let me know.

Its winter here in Iowa, not looking forward to laying on my back trying to get the spare down far enough to check.

 

They discontinued the TPMS sensor in the spare around 2009. So, no you don’t have one.

 

I've read that somewhere around 09 -11 Toyota quit putting TPMS in the spare. Here's a couple of links that I found doing a google search rather than the TM search tool.

My 07 has one. I'm not certain of the last year, but it wasn't long after 07. I'm sure your 15 doesn't have one.

 

Thank you!! Now I get to do a delete on TP5. I love my ScanGauge II!! Yes when it warms up I will drop the spare, air pressure check and then lube up the cable and drop system.
