Hi Everyone - Nice forums you have here. I am new to New to TW and just purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road, with 24k miles on it. It will replace my beloved 2006 Toyota Sequoia, which I have owned for 14 years.

My family is a Toyota family and we have 4 of them. I have always driven the oldest vehicle and that one that my wife got tired of, or given hers to one of the kids and bought her a new one. My last truck was an 1977 Jeep Honcho, which I sold 30 years ago, so we could get married and get started with as little debt as possible. Fast forward to now, and with the kids growing up, suddenly I can purchase something newer and guilt free :). Infact, I've driven the Sequoia so long both wife and kids have been nudging me to buy something newer.... So there you go!

You all have great content here and I have questions from time to time about upgrades and accessories. We do a lot outdoors - camp, hike, fish, hunt and home improvements, so this Tacoma will get good use. I will attach a picture.

Thank you and Best Regards to All, KickTurn62 (Fletch).

PS - It's got the 6 foot bed. It jumped out at me while I was doing a local search and I found and bought it at a Ford dealership. The carfax and discussion form the dealer were favorable, so I jumped on it....

    Welcome to TW!

I drove a 2005 Pilot for 15 years until my son got his license about 6 months ago and it was passed to him and I got the Tacoma. My wife has had a new ride every 4 years or so. Hopefully she sticks with her current one for a while!
