Adventure Imports

I bought a set of blue Maxtrax during the first group buy these guys did about a year ago. I packed them on several trips into the snow but had not gotten a chance to use them, until two weeks ago. I went up into the snow by myself and ended up getting stuck, go figure lol. I deployed the traction boards but unfortunately I found I was too stuck. Ended up getting out using my winch. Once home I started putting things away and noticed that one traction board had a 6 inch long crack on the leading edge. I was super bummed as I had read and seen nothing but good with the Maxtrax boards. I messaged Adventure Imports on the group buy page and they responded very quickly. Asked for some pictures and an explanation of what happened. After receiving the info they sent out a new board and return postage paid. All free of charge. This is some of the best customerservice I have had. I will be buying another set eventually and will purchase through the folks at Adventure Imports.
