You can research online until you're blue in the face but nothing beats hearing personal experiences. Would love to hear advice, guidance and input on weight capacity with aftermarket suspension. My '21 TRD OR has Bilstein 6112/5160 with Icon Add-A-Leaf Pack. I occasionally haul a couple of dirt bikes and gear (around 600 lbs.) and may have several passengers (around 250# total). I'm pretty sure that while the setup I have provides better off road performance than stock, it’s at the expense of load capacity. Rear sag was noticeable with just 300# in the back.

I'm planning on Icon Delta Joint UCA's in the near future and would consider replacing the Icon Add-A-Leaf Pack with a full leaf pack if it made a difference.

What are your experiences hauling extra weight or towing with aftermarket suspension and what, if anything can be done to increase the load capacity?

Air bags. without continuous weight in the back a heavier leaf springs will give you a terrible ride when truck is unloaded.

No matter what suspension you use you will not increase load capacity. The suspension will determine how your truck will sit/handle what you are towing or hauling. My first lift was on 5100's with 888's and upgraded my rear leaf's at a custom spring shop. It handle fine what ever I threw at it but I never like the way it road on the highway unloaded...rough. I finally settled on ADS adjustable with 700lb springs because I was having front end sag with my ARB bumper. The ride is night and day on/off road loaded or unloaded...smooth as butter. I haul things all the time from wood, pavers, rock to a trailers with 2 ATV's/fuel/water to hunting camp. My rear leaf's will settle about 3/4 to 1 inch fully loaded but nothing like before.
