Good morning all. For the record, FB sucks, and IG isn’t far behind. I started in old school forums back in the early days of my internet travel and I’m finally figuring out I should have just stayed in them all along. Hope you don’t mind me just jumping in and venting right off the bat but I think most of you will understand.
Anyway, have a great day everybody. :hattip:

Rants are fine, welcome, don't forget the entry exam on the first page, pay particular attention to answers... Especially Condiments, will be dependent on which side of the fence you land on with this group...

Ah, the old days, I ran UPEAST BBS before the Internet days, life was so..... Exhausting then too, I got nothing...

    Morning all

Don't mind at all. I got off of FB long ago, people from high school that I didn't like friending me and posting shit I didn't care about. Never even tried IG.

Like RJ, I learned on BBS and got to like the forum idea.

Welcome, take the test and tell us about yourself.

Oops, missed the test as I was scrolling through getting a feel for the place.

    Now to the test:

    1. Mustard, chili, maybe a little onion.
    2. Little Debbie’s for the win.
    3. I have a nice collection of lawn pest eradication tools, probably my SBS, but you can’t go wrong with the M1 Garand.
    4. Dog
    5. Goat Porn, but of course! I follow Hobbs Build and BS thread too!
    6. Coffee, I have mellowed to Splenda and a little cream with my old age. Forgive me.
    7. Bacon is one of the basic food groups
    8. Toilet paper rolls over! Always! End of discussion!
    9. Daylight Savings, I can go either way honestly
    10. Medium rare
    11. °F, da fun is that other stuff??
    12. Mayo
A little about me. 55. Almost retired, will be going on terminal leave later this year. I work for the county, I get to drive really fast and run red lights but everybody hates me when I get there.

I have a big retirement road trip planned, going north to Alaska and Canada till I hit the Arctic Ocean. After that I would like to go to Baja, but I started following the DV thread and now I’m kinda digging that area.

On my second Taco. The first was a 1986, my first new car I bought new. Had to sell it in 93 when my son was born as it was just too small. Bought a Chevy 1500 which I still have, 116k miles. Bought a 2019 Off Road for my retirement sled. It’s way nicer than the '86. Lol

What else you want to know?
