    Are they getting in through the website or using your card somehow?

    If it's through the website, I'd strongly suggest setting up 2 factor authentication on it.

    If they're getting your card number by hacking into Sam's system, I don't think there's much of anything you can do for that unfortunately.

    The second time it happened we had a time getting into our account online. They told us we had to have a code from our paper billing statement. We don’t get paper statements. After about the 3rd call my wife ask how is our account getting hacked so easily if it’s this hard for the owners to get our info? My wife is red headed and gets fired up at times :D

    I think it went ok. It was over zoom so it was a little different seeing the inside of the guys houses, but about halfway through one of the guys stopped to point out a big partridge in a tree outside of his window, so that helped with my nerves a bit. I should know in another week or so, Then I’ll have to decide what to do. We get a ton of paid time off where I work now in exchange for piss poor pay. I’d have to trade a paycheck for less vacation time basically. But all in all I got a good feeling from the company. Thanks for asking, I’ll be sure to let you all know how I make out!
